Light Italian Cakes Made With Nut Flours

Francesca Spalluto, a native of Taranto, Italy, abandoned banking to become a baker. Her elegantly simple, delicious little nut-flour cakes are sold in shops in Brooklyn and Manhattan, including Fleishers Craft Butchery, Union Market and G-Free NYC.
